Leia’s owner, Leanna, is a good friend of mine. She had reached out to me after Leia’s cancer diagnosis and wanted to get one last bout of photos done with her and her family. She didn’t want these to be sad photos; she wanted to showcase Leia’s loving personality, her sweet demeanor, and her playful side. The Boldes braved the cold with me as we ran around in the snow with Leia, and even lucked out with one of the few sunny days in a Michigan January.
